Well the North of Brussels is very very sleazy but full of Algerians and pretty dangerous one of those places where the street lights shine more darkly; why not go to Amsterdam? I would suggest Paris but the dodgy parts have an edge to them as well as being sleazy.

I went to Brussels once. It was shut.

The trouble with Brussels is that there isn't really a centre to it but about five central areas. I got mugged there so I'm not going again.
