another fine actor saw him in a little known film on bbc 2 in the mid 90s called jennifer eight where a blind girl hears screams in an adjoining room ,andys the cop that interviews her and ends up falling for her,also sea of love a good decent thriller too with good acting by john goodman.

Garcia was also good in Godfather III, in a role originally intended for John Travolta around '78, the time it was to have originally gone into production.
