im a bit of a cook and im trying kangeroo tonight, has anybody here tried it? if so whats it like and what was the dish?

Karina, its known Im a pretty good chef in the RLC in HM Armed Forces, and I know a few decent recipes for kangeroo,
but what can YOU do for ME??
