How come there are way more posts in the off-topic forum than in the "on-topic" forum?

Of course there are more off-topic subjects than on-topic subjects. But why post them here? Why not look for a forum in which your off-topic subjects are on-topic. You should be able to reach more interested people that way, no?

Forums are about Communities

Our common bond is a love of British Porn but occasionally its nice to discuss something else WITH THE SAME PEOPLE

i put it down to the time of year. historically speaking the bgafd forum is the busier of the two but recently things have been slower in the other place.

no doubt, when the holidays are over and the weather is a bit cooler (currently nudging 37c where i'm sitting) things will pick up. for those who may be wondering, it's unrelated to registration coming into effect - our visitor stats show that much.
