You are being watched

Did you know many sex web sites keep track of your web viewing
habits by writing files to your PC ?
They are called 'cookies' (all web sites use them, even BGAFD).
But if your PC is shared by others you may not want to leave
these files lying around. They have names like 'sextracker' and
'sexlist'.
To see all your cookies, on the Windows 'Start' menu select
Run, then just type Cookies, then OK.
If you use IE you can go to Tools, Internet Options and then
Delete Cookies, but that deletes all cookies, good and bad.
Or you can go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy, Advanced
and set 'prompt'. This will prompt you everytime a web site
tries to write a cookie. It is a pain, but at least you can see
how many cookies are written to your PC and control them.
A useful program is adaware (free web download) that keeps
a list of any 'tracking' software placed on your PC and gives
you a chance to delete it.
