West Ham sack Glenn Roeder. Very compassionate. Well done!
Should have done it in the summer. Not once did he admit to mistakes, but blamed everyone else. Because of his illness, the board kept him on to appease the media and everyone who felt guilty about Glenn's sudden attack.
I feel for the bloke as he is a nice person, but be honest, he isn't management material in the big leagues, but thats the boards fault for employing him, not his.
