That's because Savannah had been in her grave several years when that film was amde. The girl in Rocco Meats and American Angel in Paris is called Savanna Samson.



I don't know what nationality she is. Never seen the film, and unlikely to as I think I read that it had to be withdrawn as they had filmed in a famous Paris hotel without permission and were threatened with being sued. No doubt there are copies about though.
