Anyone share their experience?
I have been thinking of trying it, but as I'm an anti medication person (rarely take headache pills) I'm not sure.
Does it work every time?
Any undesirable effects?

I wouldn't touch the stuff unless it was the last resort and even then I'd think very hard about it given that it has caused quite a few deaths through Heart Attacks I believe

Here is a serious answer for you.
First, get a doctor to check out your heart - you cannot use Viagra with weak one.
Second its not an aphrodisiac. If you are not turned on it will not work.
However if you are turned on it will give you a great erection for longer than you will need.
Side effects? well I feel slightly hot but otherwise none.
If you have problems getting it up and/or keeping it up you will be very pleased. The pills come in different sizes so you can use the strength appropraiet for your needs.
But get it through a doctor - dont be seduced by internet offers.

On a holiday in Thailand last year with my missus we bought some from the chemist over the counter. No presecription, no questions, no nothing - And it was real Pfizer stuff aswell. It cost just over ?20 for four tablets too!
