printed page versus TV

Genuine question....

Can anyone explain why I can go to my local papershop and
on the top shelf there are magazines showing penetration,
full fanny shots, close up dildo action and bodies covered in
spunk.....

....yet on the 'adult' UK satellite channels via Sky, in the
privacy of my own home, late at night, I cannot see anything
like this, no penetration, no dildo action, no close up fanny
shots, no sperm, no erect penis etc.

Why one 'rule' for printed page, another for TV images ?

Cos thats the way it is.

UK TV stations are not allowed to show H/C porn by law.

You can purchase H/C porn magazines from your local newsagents by law.

Yes the law is an ass!!

All part of a subtle master plan to kill the UK Adult Industry IMO

When you consider,

That mailing porn within the UK is illegal
TV within the UK can only show softcore to identified Adults

Its a calculated gamble by the politicians to keep the voters on side while slowly strangling the industry

Surely if mailing porn within the UK is illegal those from Overseas should be too-something tells me this would lose them votes-now why is that?

It just shows how out-of-touch and pusillanimous our politcos are: most Brits are either pro, or don't give a stuff.
