$2m for cigarette fire victim

A Texas girl who suffered disfiguring burns in a fire allegedly started by a smouldering cigarette has won an unprecedented $2m settlement from Philip Morris.
The girl was in her mother's car which caught fire from a lit cigarette her mother had accidentally dropped on a seat.
