It's hosted in California, San Francisco to be exact, which is just over 120 degrees west. Divide by 15 to get the number of hours behind = 8.

Works as long as you remember to live somewhere near the Greenwich Meridian !!
Otherwise you'll have to adjust the quotient for your local Longitude.
