I think the Beatles were the most overrated band ever. Pub band who got lucky. Most of their 'classic' songs don't even have a fucking chorus! As songwriters they're not even in the same league as say Dianne Warren and Bruce Springsteen for starters. BTW does anybody know if Ringo has actually learnt to play drums yet?

Springsteen is 'the man' he might be incredibly wealthy, but you know he,s earnt it through hard graft and talent, also I saw Foriegner on thier 25th tour, brilliant (with the exeption of wanna know what love is) which makes me nauseus sadly!

The merit or otherwise of the various Beatles has been discussed before. "A pub band that got lucky?" Maybe, but they were also tremendously influential and helped introduce different styles of music to the British public (note, not invented, but helped introduce). For what it's worth, I think Sir Paul (even bearing in mind Mull Of Kintyre and The Frog Chorus) is worth his millions, unlike that arrogant, obnoxious, self-obsessed arsewipe Phil Collins who is a prime example of money gone mad.
