There are three states where the age of consent is under 16.
These are:- Hawaii where it is 14
Iowa where it is 14 for girls and 18 for boys/men and
South Carolina where it is 14 for girls and 16 for boys/men
Yet it also says that it is 18 years of age for USA citizens to have
sex OUTSIDE the USA. How daft can that be????
Most other states it is 16,17 or 18 and 16 years in the US military.

Which just goes to prove that those who make the laws have no f...ckin idea
Unfortunately teenagers like many adults aren't aware of the laws
so basically they are useless
Funny thing about teenage pregnancies
There are programs run where teenage school kids have a robotic baby that mimics a real baby.The use of this is probably one of the few where the message about the consequences of sex actually gets through
More so than stds or aids even

I found those ages on a site called, Age of Consentual Sex in the USA. As regards M/M and F/F sex there some states where it is illegal, some with definite age restrictions, some where there is no current law and one(Louisiana) where it is illegal but is under appeal. As for the military it says
"don't ask,dont tell"

Those homosexual & lesbian laws still exist in Tasmania
Typical religious legislation that says a b/b couple in their own home can be done for sodomy even if they consented.A scary thought if your gay that the cops have the right to enter & arrest.Would love to know who this law is protecting in society
Probably left on the books to be thrown at Paedophiles I'm guessing
