always use fresh water, never re-boil the same water twice.

Milk MUST be in first, then add the water and leave for a few minutes.
NEVER, EVER add the water then milk after - pure sacrilege!!!!

does it taste any diffrerent?cos i always pour cold water into my lectric kettle hot it up then apply to cup add milk.
