Jobs in the industry

I am a 24 year old film and TV producer / editor. Although I have been working in mainstream tv and film, I would like to get into the adult industry and I was wondering the best way to go about it. Who should I approach for jobs etc? I don't want to start my own production company or anything... would rather work as a producer or editor.
I have an experienced background, having worked as camera operator, editor, producer etc. I am also a skilled sound engineer. I have all my own facilities (video and audio suites - all Broadcast). I have a DVD authoring suite and have authored many DVDs including full motion menus etc.
Is anyone looking for someone to bring some ideas to the table and produce high quality work with short schedules? If so, please contact me. Otherwise, I would be grateful for any advice you may be able to offer.
