Anyone read about the girl who was getting married and lost both her legs getting to the church, how much rotten luck can a person have? she also has/had cancer! I hope she makes it to the ceremony soon, also I hope someone can arrange a whip round to give her a amazing honeymoon, I would gladly contribute.....a lot!.....unreal..

Sometimes life just seems to have it in for people---big time. I wish this poor woman well.
At the same time, we had an alleged celeb comparing the anguish and horror of her collagen injection lip-related surgery (I don't need to name names here, do I) to Heather Mills losing her leg! What planet are these self-obsessed, insensitive creeps from?

in defence of ms. ash, her 'look' resulted from an allergic reaction to collagen, rather than any desire to look like mick jagger on steroids. she's since attempted to have the work on her lips reversed but to no avail, pretty much ending her career as an actress.
so she is now permanently disfigured and and an object of public ridicule, to boot. to compound matters, she's been on the receiving end of hate mail mocking her and she intends moving abroad with her family to try and rebuild her life. bit sad really...

Very true, Woodgnome, and the hounding by the press and other forms of media has been awful, not to mention the lack of sympathy from the average person in the street---but equating that to losing a limb is still rather distasteful.

And I do appreciate the lack of taste and decency I've shown towards a number of people, including Ms Mills, in the past.

Nah, go for it: isn't it rather patronising to ignore the obvious character defects of the likes of Lady Mills-McCartney just because she is 'differently abled' or whatever the current style is? They're always banging on about how they want to be treated like everyone else, so why not call her a greedy, megalomaniacal manipulative cow? Credit to her though, for proving the medical 'experts' wrong.........
And Ms Ash is currently appearing, in all her megachilous glory, in 'Merseybeat', so the rent's still being paid.

Another thing about these MOTOR-TRIKES, is the fact that the person driving
can get away with not wearing a crash-hat or as far as I can ascertain no seat-belt. Are these machine classed as something totally different from cars
and motor-bikes?. In my opinion if one of these hit something in a crash the driver would be thrown off, possibly killed or maimed!!!!!!!!!1
