Apart from not wanting that ice hockey player's sloppy seconds, and Iglesias junior's sloppy thirds, she recently had to give up tennis---which means the exercise will decrease---and the resemblance to Boris Yeltsin will increase.
(A number of months back, one forumite expressed the hope that her tennis career would go tits up and she'd have to turn to porn modelling to pay the bills. While it's not at that stage just now, he may very well get his wish).
