almost all the porn links im trying to access are redirecting to http://66.230.167.99/?filter_channel=23 and then moving off to some other place....does anyone kno whats causing it as its driving me nuts. usually that only happens when a web site no longer exists but its happening to looooads

i narrowed it down, its web sites that dont have a www. in them...just the http:// bit....anyone got ne ideas/

Sounds like your homepage might have been hijacked or theirs a program running behind the scenes...just guessing mind you

Try the usual programs like Adaware & Spybot in Lizards Locker

Look here........... for cw shredder, it will help with the re direction, it,s a small spyware programme, actually not on your computer, but on sites that you visit, it just hijacks your browser.

aw thanks lads knew could rely on u guys, thatd make total sense as my homepage keeps resetting itself to some weird site

Never seems to pick up anything but 'madfinder' on my computer

Doesn't seem to pick up any of the stuff adaware & spybot do...strange

You need to upgrade it Buttsie, it costs a little but it,s quite a good programme.............

I'm quite happy spending nothing on Software
and everything on Porn

Plenty of good freestuff available as evidenced by your locker but I take your point about upgrading....maybe if/when I find the pot of gold in my garden I buried 13 years ago with my spare house key I'll splash out on upgrades for the likes of adaware,tune-up etc
