Geordie speak is brilliant, I have relatives there so am quite used to it, but still I piss myself laughing at some of it!even though I dont have a fuckin clue whats being said,' kelping yer creels' and' weze opened wor corned beef can', are two of my particular favourites, haway, can mean various things, like come on lets go! or it can mean, you lying bastard, but then you have to slur it a bit, hawwweey, divent gan doon there withwor lass, and hawaywiwa, are particularaly clever phrases said at speed, 'hes got less hair on hes heed than a spuggies hint end', all great stuff, stand outside st James park on match day for the complete works of geordie,ism........

When I first read VIZ in 1987, it took ages to read and decipher the lingo spoken by Sid the Sexist and The Bacons, cracking stuff. Im 'up to speed' now which is as well as Jimmy Nail and the 6 more superior actors that make up 'Auf Weidershen, pet' is on next week.

Last night on BBC2, at 20.15ish which meant NO ADVERTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i was a little boy and we all watched programmes on ita/itv i always thought that bits were cut out when adverts came on.
