might save you the price of a paper.

You can ask Steve56 here, or check ceefax/teletexts everyday, as any programme changes are listed there. I get a 'free' one with my saturday paper

By far the best on-line TV guide is to be found at
www.onthebox.com
By default it shows the five terestial channels, but all the 100+ channels available in the UK are accessible via the drop down menu, and you can get listings for up to two weeks ahead.
