I don't eat any Fish period...can't stand the smell for starters and the taste borders on plastic bubble wrap....according to the experts Chocolate & Red Wine have similar health benefits,so I always buy a block of chocolate & a bottle of red wine every Monday.Sometimes they last till Tuesday

All this hoo haa about the benefits of eating fish is great as long as they aren't toxic which the Inuit discovered not that long ago
