When I start my PC to access AOL I get the message "Error starting Programme" come up. It says :-


"A required .DLL file GYRICH|GY.DLL was not found"

What have I done to cause this?. Is there an easy way to find this file and correct it?

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Morning Nosey, Ive been trying to work this one out and I can't find a single thing close to that file name, its funny though it almost spells GYRICHEY (guy richie)...which would tie in with AOL's entertainment obsession. If you want to keep AOL then best bet is to follow Deuce's instructions or do a little bit of reinstalling. If you don't mind then reformat hard drive and join a different service provider
