and quality downloads take forever by which time you've usually passed out cold

Doesn't solve lifes ups and downs but its fun at the time which is what counts

I'd recommend drinking 6 litres of water before you sleep(past experience)
2 litres for every bottle of wine...or a greasy hamburger or 2....... is always good for mopping up the alcohol in my experience

Then theres always the alternative to alcohol....cheech & chong put it in perspective...Up In Smoke....not for some but to each his own
