Lennox Lewis says he intends to stay retired. Only two others have done this. Who were they?

EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gene Tunny (1920's)

You can do better than THAT Dave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As stressed earlier, Boxing is something I do know a fair bit about after competing at schoolboy, youth and Army divisions

I fought at welterweight but that WAS a few years ago, the lbs SOON pile on when not training.
I did box at Catterick in 1994 and won (points) against a Navy boxer who's name I will find out.
I stopped in 1996, I won 17, lost 2, and drew 1, not bad for Army team. Nigel Benn also fought and he had the best record in the Army, he moved on to BIGGER things
