This is the new Aston Kutchner movie ( Who He? he's Demi Moore's current beau).

STORY
The alternative repurcussions of terrible childhood incidents make themselves known to a young man when he reads his diaries and relives those moments.

PRO
- interesting story

CONS
-about 15 mins too long

VERDICT
This is from the writers of the 'Final Destination' movies which if you enjoyed those you'll like this dealing as it does with cause and effect as well as fate being detemined by a single moment and what could have been if you'd done or said something different at the time. (Ever wished you tried a different tact when trying to pull that fit looking bird?). But this is ultimately a popcorn movie treatment of a potentially profound topic. The incidents themselves are quite unpleasant and some of the timeline changes are initially confusing. It also suffers from being a 90 minute film stretched to 113mins and a bit of judicious editing would have tightened it up somewhat. All that aside there are worse ways to spend your time than watching this.

Out April 29th (I think)
