What happened to Sarah Wilson?

Sarah was on the front page of the Sunday Sport last July (the only copy I've bought in the last couple of years!) and I haven't heard much of her since. She was then 16 with "Britain's Biggest Breasts" and looked like being the new LDM. She may well still be featured in the Sport but I no longer buy the thing. I can't find details of her on the net.
