Nothing wrong with a small chuck now and then
Given how me hallways yellow leading to my lime green kitchen I don't seem to be experiencing these side effects you mention

Gourdy colors just don't trigger me at all
My bright Red bedroom(including the ceiling) would be a good example of this

No the roads your usual dull grey and I'm definitely not a wizard
although I did pray for the prick down the back to move and lo and behold
his house & the 2 houses either side of him were demolished within a month...Old style Europeans...had friendlier encounters with grizzly bears
Never believe anything you see or read or when pickled
It'll only give you a headache
