An arrogant twat, perhaps, but the twattishness is much more apparent than the arrogance, unless it's a twatty sort of arrogance, with a a smidgen of twatness thrown in to add to the being a twat........

Yes, he's certainly OK at being a twat: whereas Gallagher, amongst the many talents he does not have, is not.
The latter is much better at being an arse, one of the very few talents he does have.

I saw him on Channel 5's Back to Reality (which he won).
I can honestly say that he seems a good bloke, christ, anyone who can live in a house with Jade Goody for three weeks must have some patience.
Just because he's a 'toff' or 'upper class' or whatever, doesn't make him a twat or anything like that.
