This could be the most exspensive trip to the toilet somebody could make:
There is a huge row with the 3 port-a-loo's we have in the town where I live.
It costs 20p a visit, BUT with costs for repair and maintanence, it averages at ?12 per visit for the council. Nuneaton council tried to have them shut, BUT as there is a 20 year contract, would cost more than that whilst currently used.
It made the headlines a while back, surely a case of someone taking the piss
