Why is Btinternet bloody useless

Is it me there doing this to or is anyone else who on this forum who uses a BTinternet email address getting any problems with there outlook express programs.
Bt had a problem since 18th march(alright i been away for that particular week) with there service status on "authetectic Pop up Window" system its now the 1st April and there still haven't fixed the problem(i'm just wandering if anyone else is having problems with there outlook express)I can send emails out but there blocking my account and i can't access them(i know i'm receiving because i getting it in the neck people are emailing me and there wander why i'm not replying back to them and i getting people having to phone me instead,Some are offers of model work). Now i phoned my sister up and hers are working fine,But i just spoke to my Dad and now and again there messing around with his account.(God help Bt when he gets on the phone to them,He won't half give them a roasting),I need it badly as i need it for my model work and other means of businesses,its just a pain in the arse waiting for BT engineeer to sort the problem out.
Basically the problem is this i getting a pop up asking to confirm my Username and Password for the program but i just want to know how long BT going to take on farting around with this problem(i already phoned up and asked,well try to complain, waste of time that was,i had some dozy employee working for possibly a naff wage in a call centre in bloody India,who couldn't understand a bloody word i was saying,)I would Email BT again but i already done that twice(Sun and Tue that's gone) and still haven't heard off them.(Not very good customer service is it).
Like i said i just want to know if anyone else who uses this forum and uses a BTinternet account are having the same problems as me.
