I've not seen one for ages. I don't think there are too many in circulation. Forgery is the problem.

scotland used to have ?100 notes when i worked in the post office as a cashier in the 80's, don't know if they still do.

thats what i was thinking of then i heard someone in the q at my local natwest branch asking for a 100?note.

the laundromat-de-jour of cash-rich crims is the ?500 note, offering, as it does, greater suitcase-ability than the comparatively puny $100 bill.

I am not sure if there are still Scottish ?100.00 notes, as Colin says, there used to be. You may have thought there was a ?1,000,000 note because this was the plot in a film starring the late Gregory Peck.
