He's been slagged off here before, including by my old mucker magoo, but he looked a prize wanker on Celebraty Millionaire last night. Tried to look intelligent and reserved with his fake designer glasses, and LOST ?15,000!!! TWAT!!!
Ray Winstone on the other hand came across EXACTLY as he really is, a diamond geezer who risked ?32,000 as 'its not our money, is it?' and doubled it. Nice one, Ray!!

To be fair to JN, he was led astray by Kevin Whately on that question. KW seemed to be fairly sure of himself (he knew it was in Mali) but was wrong. JN admited he didn't have a clue.

The question was On what river is Timbuktu? Niger, Nile, Congo or Zambezi?

KW was convinced it was on the Congo (but too be fair when JN asked which 2 rivers were more likely he said Niger as his second choice). The answer was the Niger.

Neither of them even thought of just saying OK we'll stop here and take the money (?16,000)... instead based on KW's certainty they lost out.

its all very fine and well when you are sitting at home its easy but when you have all the cameras round you and on the air its effing nerve racking.
