So's having an inactive Lifestyle but each to his/her own.
If you sit on your ass like most workers in the western world you are as likely as a smoker who is physically active to die prematurely.
Before you pass judgement on those that smoke..think!!

Er I am afraid your wrong there, unless you contribute those deaths to heart disease. In a study of 100 active smokers against 100 inactive individuals the mortality rate is 6 times higher in the smokers. NOW THAT IS A COMMUNITY STATEMENT. SMOKING KILLS

To be pedantic: smoking does NOT kill.
Bronchitis/lung cancer/emphysema and other smoking-related diseases kill.
And you won't get LC unless you have the relevant proto-oncogene, no matter how much you smoke.
BTW, in this PC age, no-one seeems willing to admit the possibility that vehicle exhaust and other environmental pollutants play a very significant role in respiratory illnesses, and that research in this area is greatly underfunded.

I`m afraid I have to agree with the smokers on this one. Its obviously a bad habit but I get tired of seeing smokers being persecuted for their habit.
Often the people who are most strongly against smoking are quite happy to rot their septums with cocaine or other unpleasant things and yet look down on nicotine addicts. Or are those just a few that I have had the misfortune to meet?

I don't know if it's a result of her smoking, but Jessie J's eyebrows scare me. They follow you round the room, like Noel Gallgher's. I don't mean you see them wherever you are, I mean they actually follow you round the room and wrestle you to the ground like two thin brown furry werewolves. Or did I just dream that? (And if so, should I have found a better Jessie J body part to dream about?)

You are definitely aiming too high in the body-part department.
