Don't understand

I posted a while ago about customs nicking my vids, I asked the site to resend which they did. When they arrived they had a sticker on saying they had been opened and inspected by customs, but this time they let them through!!! wtf?
I wish I could make up the rules as I go along in my job

Its just not customs which is the scary thing
Recently a woman had a pair of 18cm scissors removed from her gut
which were accidentily? left in after a previous operation 18 months ago

Customs and Excise have a gung ho culture which goes back to facing off agin brandy smugglers in the Essex marshes using punts and flintlocks. They have been acting as if they are above the rule of law esp re the importation of booze from the continent , incl stealing cars from law abiding citizens , and then ignoring court rulings against them.
Now if you or I go past a speed camera , justice will be done!

Seems reasonable to me , an amoured bra could be very useful if a lady biker crashes . I wonder if Pinkertons was invented by accident because one of the directors was a deaf. Lets invent an amoured bra , amoured car you say , brill , we could sell a service to the banks !

They ARE above the Law: that's the trouble. Ask anyone who's had his door kicked down by them, without their requiring either due cause or a Search-Warrant.
By and large, they are unaccountable to the public.

I believe Smith & Jones(when they were funny-1980 something)-bought a couple for a comedy sketch(unreturned apparently)....They looked right pair of twats in em.....took me right back to when my parents idea of punishment was watching making me watch The Two Ronnies...when I was good it was Some Mothers do have em!!!!
