In response to various private e-mails and to anyone else interested in my previous declaration, I am now awaiting counsel's opinion in the matter of an Action. Am promised a decision sometime next week. All I know at the moment is that it looks promising-whatever that means.

Great news. I hope the rest of the industry give their support to any Court action. If Counsel says its promising then lets hope so.

Fingers and Toes crossed you get the right decision.


If so it should be one small step in the right direction
for democratic rights of all british citizens.
