no disc?

i put a barclay james harvest cd into my player last night this happened,weird?
Clean the CD player.
The laser might be a little fucked off at the moment.
Perhaps it refuses to play it on principal.
I tried to get my CD player to play "Don't It Make You Feel Good" by Stefan Dennis and it spat it out.
