One of the tapes, somewhere around V700-V890, featured a model using a toy, blissfully unaware---at least at first---that "Aunt Flo" had arrived. The filming continued, blood and all. Wish I could remember the girl's name.

This was surprisingly common in FCs of the time (could they not have postponed ? And what sort of idiot turns up for a pen-shoot during Rag Week?).
The one you're thinking of may have been 'Marion', V861, who got a second outing (old material, not a new shoot) on A274.
