Once I was Soccer Mad(as a neutral supporter) and used to watch these Tournaments at all hours of the day but now that Pay TV has it its more or less like any other sport-something I see in the sporting results for a minute or 2 during the news
So why I might find Football/Soccer stimulating if I don't see these major events then I'm more likely to start following other spports that I do on free to air TV...food for thought for Septic blatter to constipate on
To be honest I don't miss it.....maybe the powers that be should take note...not all can afford PAY TV....if football is a grass roots(Poor)sport, then maybe they are shooting themselves in the foot?
Football/Soccer as a spectacle is over rated IMHO and with the reliance on Human Refereeing & Linesman without Technological help is farcical in a close result as Italy & Spain would claim from the last World Cup
cheers

PS Henrik Larsson again shows his Class...2 finishes of the highest quality against Bulgaria...if only HL were in MOs body
