Seeing as someone picked yer brains for Transatlantic flights, its MY turn..........
Anyone recommend a hotel/guest house in West London next Wednesday for 1 night only?
Needs to be affordable and safe as Im at a gig next week, and can't be arsed to drive back to Warwickshire.
Someone suggested Travel Lodge, but can't find anything, so can anyone help?
As per usual, cheers lads..............and lasses
Oh, NO need to 'casually' mention that Steve56 lives in that neck of the woods

Hi Ace,
If you want something clean and basic, and also fairly central try The County Hotel in Upper Woburn Place.5 minites from Euston Station. It is ?38,00 per night Bed and Breakfast (Good one) Only downside is toilets and showers are in the corridors. If you book it direct from Superbreaks in York it is ?26.00 per night Fri-Sun and then a bit more for other week nights.
If you require a bit better then Tavistock Hotel 2 mins away is owned by the same chain and is ?38.00 per night B&B.from Superbreaks, toilet and bathroom en-suite.
If you require West London and comfort try the Novotel in Hammersmith it is ?69.00 per night breakfast is ?12.95 but you can go somewhere else for that the website address is
Travel Lodge is also out there, nice rooms but poor sound insulation ,so not on my list

Nope, I don't think we will improve on our 2nd position, and won't get as far as we did in last seasons Champions League............but wait till 2005/06.......we'll scoop the lot then. Trust me

Oh ye of little faith ! Well, perhaps winning everything was a little optimistic, but I sense with the new boss (and his boss) that 2nd best is no longer good enough, so roll on the mancs !
