I skimmmed thru the .pdf . Seems biased towards "stopping" the worlds oldest proffesion.

All very well but on the radio this morning, they said the police would concentrate on prosecuting 'the punters' who visit massage parlours, rather than the girls who work in them.
For fucks sake if they are going to 'legalise' prostitution the punters need to know they can go & pay for a jump without being arrested.
About time Blunkett opened his eyes.
