In view of the state of the world this seems very reasonable to me .

Girl had one outside the club the other night, and we couldn't locate a paper bag for her to breathe into, so we made a trumpet kind of thing out of a torn up pizza box we found. Not very pleasant but it worked!

If you get em regularly Tomsk try keeping some dried valerian root, valeriana officinalis, from herbalists and making a tea out of it when you need to. Let the water go off the boil first and steep it for a quarter of an hour in a tea pot -(This also works for period pains if any ladies happen to be reading).
