Thankfully there doesn't seem to be an American equivalent, the 'undreclass' here are too busy shooting each other to waste time hanging around shopping precincts and vandalising things.

The response to the problem of vermin like Chavs is typically British. Lots of tut-tutting and piss-taking, but that's as far as it goes.
Why is it 'smug' to take the piss out of scum who steal, mug, destory, take, and generally pollute wherever they live?
