erikson's getting some serious grief for riding the office bike, along with top dog palios, some idiots, with as many brains as a deflated football, say he should only be judged on his successful managemant style, excuse me but I must have been sleeping like rip-van-winkle 'cause I don't remember any english team winning any major piece of silverware since '66.
I believe he is paid about ?4m per year basic + as much again in perks, not bad for an underachiever,

I couldn't care less who he shags, but England under his management have definitely underachieved (the 5-1 against Germay apart).

How the clowns at the FA come to figure for his salary is beyond belief.

The last ENGLAND team to win silverware was the Rugby World Cup 2003

Last England tournament win in football was 'La Tournoir' in France under Hoddle in 1998-ish(?)

Get rid of Eriksson ASAP...........he is a ponce here for the easy money and easier shags, if you want a foreign manager, get Gordon Strachan........a manager who truely LOVES the game and gets ordinary players playing like greats, which means even Gary Neville might look half decent......but forget David 'Calamity' James

hi Ace, when I said "any english team" I did of course mean any english footie team,I wouldn't have rated 'La Tournior' as a major trophy.
I am a big, big fan of the gentlemans game (rugby, both codes) & IMHO footie is a game played by guys who haven't got the balls to mix it with real men.

He's only around because

1. No one else wants the Poison Chalice....easier pickings elsewhere without all the media & fan crap in your life...why else would he be talking to potential major clubs

2. Seoul 2002....he had them playing excellent TEAM football...losing 2-1 in the quarters to eventual winners Brazil wasn't a bad result for who they had on the pitch

Since then apart from Rooney scoring freely they've gone backwards
The defense is suspect, the midfeld average and only Rooney in attack has
earned his keep

After Germany 2006 he'll be gone Win or Lose

cheers
