Ok, go into start/search, then find files and folders, type in noo.dll, and let the puter search for the file, when/if it finds it, try deleting it, it probably wont let you, as it,s part of an exe. file embedded in your puter and registry, but keep the screen open and press cntrl/alt/del, and look at the running applications, if you see a running application with the same name, shut it down, or delete it, as I dont know what programme is bringing it up, I dont want to send you into the registry, if your running xp, go to start/help and system restore, then restore the computer to a previous date when it was not acting up, then restore to that point.
When the computer re-starts, go back to system restore, and turn it off, and leave it turned off for a week, if it,s not infected again, create a new restore point and turn sys restore back on, as it,s useful, I, will check out the noo.dll, and find out what part of the.exe programme it is, then get back to you......Ok!

Also ID, run winpatrol, and check ie helpers, there may be a programme that is running there that shouldn,t be, you can disable/delete it, SD helper.dll, is part of spybot, so leave that, but anything else should be suspicious, apart from maybe sdhelper.dll, which is adobe reader, and harmless.....

Alls well that ends well
Just one more thing with the first link I posted
It has some advice about fixing problems through your Registry
I'd avoid this section as it really is only for experts who really understand
what makes a computer tick.
Using the Hijack This program and posting it to a forum for experts to diagnose is far more sound IMO
cheers
