last night the cafes were evacuated owing to water getting into the power supply,it will take 6 hrs to fix.

its 3 but 5 if you bring laptop im getting refund later and 2 free tickets for yesterday.

A fiver for all day access sounds too good to be true
You sure this cafe isn't run by a non-profit charity
As for your Laptop idea i wouldn't...walking the streets with it is asking for trouble
