OK, an FYI for ppl, I'm on a RANT lol

What a load of FUCKING CUNTS the NHS, & Dentists are

I have 4 teeth that need urgent work, there is NO Dentist within 100 Miles of me who is taking on New Patients, there aint even any Emergency Dentists in the 100 Mile zone who will take NHS Dental Patients. Also, there is NO Hospitals within 150 Miles of me (within the Borders of Wales) who have a MaxioFacial Clinic.

I want to get the HIV & STI testing done, so I can try to get work in the Adult Industry, HAH, that's a FUCKING JOKE. The nearest GUM Clinic, won't provide any Letter/Certificate/Form etc as proof of test results, heck, they will let me see the basic NHS slip from the Lab that shows my result, but they wont let me have even a copy of that.... CUNTS.

OK, so i try looking further afield, within costs of travel, there is no Clinic I can use to get the fucking tests done, BASTARDS. There is 1 Clinic I could use, but they are almost 2 hrs travel from me, by train, at significant cost i might add. They said they will do the tests for free, but i have to pay for the Test-Result Letter/Certificate/etc, but the problem is that to get the result, & then have the Certificate/Letter, i will have to wait....

3 Weeks.

Why u ask, do they need 3 weeks to get the results back & then put the info onto their computer to do a Document for me? What a load of FUCKING BOLLOCKS, I have my own computer & have used computers for nearly 10 yrs. It don't take 5 mins to do what they say about my results being put on the computer, & then printing out a letter.

OK, i'm done for the moment lol, but still seriously pissed off & annoyed )

The whole system is shite - healthy teeth are just as important as anything else yet you can only get decent treatment it seems if you have the money these days - so much for the ideals of the NHS

If i was still in London, or Cardiff, there is 2 MaxioFacial Clinics in the local Hospitals near to where i lived in either of London or Cardiff, but up here in West/Mid wales, there is FUCK-ALL.

Why dont you get on a train, or drive to Bristol, where you can get the work done, ok! privately and it will cost you a few groats, but it,s worth it to sort the problem out, it,s a strange thing, sometimes the more remote you live, the better the service is, but obviously not in your case, but if you live in the remote Derbyshire villages, the Health care is excellent, and most of it free.
Time to move SD.

The problem is fewer people willing to become dentists on the NHS, where the recompense isn't that great, and therefore the ones that remain having to deal with a greater number of patients.

Oh, and if you think that dentists are overpaid and underworked, don't tell them. They're like elephants and never forget. Only elephants don't have sharp instruments and drills . . . .

I got the teeth fixed, temorarily anyway, a Fix-It Gunge Tube from the Chemists, it will last for appox 1 month, that should be long enough for me to get some work, if i can fix the problem with getting the HIV & STI tests. Then when on a shoot, if i'm lucky, after the shoot, i can nip to the nearest dentists & do an emergency appointment jobby
