i wouldve thought 4 billion people would be able the total amount of people in the word with access to a television...when you think about the millions without....but either way, i cant believe ne young people would rather be in watching a glorified parade than out on the toon. looks so fucking boring....:S

Just watched the Mash Olympics...far more entertaining.....crutch racing...obstacle courses...etc etc and above all else over in 30 minutes

I just read an article about the various buildings being miraclously completed on time. The reporter was a bit suspicious about the accomodation saying that the curtain rail was falling off the wall and there was a suspicious pool of water on the bathroom floor.
So what's new? Has he never been to Greece before?

I'd expect given that Greece is the smallest country to undertake the Olympics in the modern era it was probably hiring anyone who said they'd built anything before with bugger all regard for pass disgressions

I only like the Track and Field part, the sailing, equestrian,archery and shooting bore me shitless.
I did enjoy Phelps and Thorpe today, and MY money is on Phelpsy to beat Thorpe tomorrow...........regardless that he's a Yank and Thorpe's an Aussie.
