The clip is available on yahoo, I think. Utterly superb. And the wonderful thing is he thinks he's being clever and sincere. I don't know who writes his speeches for him, but I doubt it's going to appear on a CV.

Do we think Dubya actually writes his own speeches? I assume he employs a lot of speech writers, and I say a lot because assuming he can read accurately from the autocue most of them must be by now in the USA's equivalent of Siberia.
