last week i had a moan about an order i made with 'gamelink' which after 6 weeks,still had'nt arrive.naturally i mailed them to complain but the response has not been helpful at all.it was a case of 'just pay up & buy another one'.i will not bother with them again.

so alittle miffed i searched for an alternative supplier & came across 'mallcom' via 'oidsworld's website.i ordered a dvd with them & was told it would take 10 - 15 working days to arrive,but much to my pleasant surprise it was delivered after only 4 days.

the dvd is of good quality & i have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone ordering on-line.

Tempting fate, I know, since I order from them, but what you have to remember about a company like gamelink is that they offer a huge range of choice and if you happen to choose one that's just gone out of stock, it may take some time for them to get the item from the producers, who will not run-off a single copy. They will wait until a viable number of orders has built up before the item goes back into print. I waited several months for a DVD of Suzie Superstar from gamelink, but it arrived in the end.

Having said that, their practice isn't perfect compared to orgazmik. There if they find that the item will take some time to supply, you can have a refund or choose another DVD - which will arrive in about three days if it's in stock.
