Pretty much all dogs are very right-wing so some display extremist tendencies sadly. Sometimes they mellow out in old age a bit.

I should point out that I love dogs but I wish they would chill out a bit.

My recommendation would be to have him de-knackered.
Buy him some poncey doggy attire from e-bay.

The poor bugger will be to frightened to have a go at other dogs for fear of being called a girly poof....LOL.

Cheers Chris.

It might well be worth getting in a dog expert for a session or two with him, I know this sounds a bit Californian and wanky but I got someone in to check out my own dog and she made some suggestions that were very good. He's a Border Collie and they are notoriously nutty (Which is pretty cool actually) and there were a few things about his behaviour that bothered me. He's been somewhat better since.

Changing a dog's diet can have major impacts upon their behaviour. My other suggestion is you buy a fucking strong lead!

Good luck with the hound!

Have you thought of getting him a pink blanket, to confuse him about his sexuality and leaving him a target for the local mongrels?

I'm rather biased, but think that some breeds of dog (and particularly the ones owned by knuckle-trailers) just cannot be trusted. You know where you are with a lab ----- friendly, dependable sorts. With pit bulls, for example, they are bred for their power and violent nature, and that's what you get. A muzzle for your dog is a definite step forward, Magoo.
